All right I do not pay attention and switched ten amperes and not the single amperes, as the result the MOSFET was fried as charcoal. So I disassemble the fan, check the used MOSFET, and replace it. Here is a really simple video on how you can do it.
The used MOSFET in my case is : IRFP260N
